Karen B. Clay is a multi-industry communications & employee engagement leader. She is known for helping companies connect and engage with employees, customers and causes to create more prosperous brands and stronger communities.

Karen brings more than 25 years’ MarCom, PR, strategic planning, and employee and stakeholder engagement experience to her current role as Director of Internal Communications at Cox Automotive.

Prior to Cox, she held senior roles leading internal communications teams at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Siemens and other leading brands.

Karen is also an avid community volunteer, and passionate about inspiring young girls and the next generation of women leaders.
